The decisional algorithm at the core of the SIGMA warning system. C1-3 is the cumulative rainfall measured on the last day, the last two days and the last three days. C4-63/265 is the cumulative rainfall measured in the last 4 days, 5 days, … up to 63 days in the dry season or up to 265 days in the wet season.
